What battery type do you use?

LiFePO4 across all models, with some using BYD blade cells for higher density.

What is the cycle life?

≥6000 cycles at 80% DoD for most models; some like 16.08kWh PRO reach ≥8000 cycles.

What inverters are compatible?

SMA, Victron, Solis, Deye, Goodwe, Sofar, Growatt, Kstar, SolaX, Megarevo, Afore, Sunways, SAJ, LuxPower, SRD, SENERGYINV, MUST, Voltronic, SOLAR. Check specific model for exact list.

What are the operating temperatures?

Charging: 0-50°C. Discharging: -20-60°C for all models.

Are they safe?

Yes, LiFePO4 chemistry with thermal stability, no fire risk. Built-in BMS, active equalization, overcharge/discharge protection. Certifications: UL9540A, UL1973, CE-EMC, IEC62619, UN38.3.

Can they be installed outdoors?

Yes for IP65-rated models (most high-voltage and some low-voltage). IP21 models are indoor only.

How do I install them?

Modular design: stackable, wall-mounted, ground caster with wheels, or cabinet. Floor-standing or parallel up to 16 units. Plug-and-play, no complex wiring.

What is the warranty?

10-year warranty on all models.

Can I expand capacity?

Yes, parallel connections: e.g., up to 5 for 25.6kWh stackable (25.6kWh total), 15 for 10.24kWh ground caster (153.6kWh), 16 for low-voltage (up to 257kWh+).

What is DOD?

Depth of Discharge: rated at 80-100% for cycles, ensuring long lifespan.

Do they support remote monitoring?
